It’s a question we get asked all the time: For someone that loves sports games, should they go with PlayStation 4 or Xbox One?

When the latest console generation started a couple of years back, it was a fairly easy question to answer. However, as new services and options have been introduced by Sony and Microsoft, things have changed. EA Access is exclusive to Xbox One, MLB: The Show is exclusive to PS4, both have the rights to some indie sports games and racing games, and have their own console-specific features that tie into the games.

So, in the summer of 2015, Rich and Bryan debate where the systems stand now – and where they could be headed in the near future.
